COACHING FOR PEOPLE WHO DO IT THEIR OWN WAY
Figuring out your own path is harder than following someone else's. Coaching is how you do it without losing your way.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR TO YOU?
You know something needs to change. You've known for a while. You're still in the same place.
You have ideas, energy, and good intentions — and somehow nothing moves forward.
You're scared of making the wrong call, so you keep not making any call at all.
There's no one around you who actually gets what you're going through.
You can see where you want to be. You just can't figure out how to get there.
You've been at a crossroads so long it's starting to feel like home.
"Yes? Let's talk. That's exactly what I'm here for."
APPLY FOR A SPOTNot therapy. Not advice. Not a mentor telling you what to do.
Coaching is a conversation with a structure. You bring what's real — a decision, a pattern, a goal you keep not reaching. We work on it together. I don't have your answers. But I know how to ask the questions that get you there.
"It works when you're ready to actually do something about it."
What we actually do in sessions:
- Figure out what's really going on — not just the surface problem
- Work through what's stopping you from moving forward
- Build systems that fit how you think, not how you're "supposed" to
THIS IS NOT
Therapy, medical advice, crisis intervention, or a "magic pill" for success without effort.

FAQ
Everything you need to know before we start.
Coaching isn't the right fit if you're in acute mental health crisis — a therapist is the right person then. It also won't work if you're looking for someone to tell you what to do. Coaching works when you're ready to take responsibility and act.
Depends on your goal. Specific questions get resolved in 3–4 sessions. Bigger shifts — career, direction, confidence — usually take 6–10. We'll figure it out together after the intro call.
Most people notice a shift after the first 1–2 sessions — more clarity, less noise in their head. Bigger changes show up over 4–8 sessions, depending on how actively you work between them.
English or Russian — your choice. Both feel equally natural to me.
Until I complete my ICF certification hours. After that, I move to paid sessions. Waitlist members hear first.
Real coaching. ICF standards, confidential, supervised. The only difference from paid is the price — zero while I build my certification hours. You get the same sessions. I get the hours I need. Fair exchange.
ICF Level 2 requires a minimum number of supervised hours with real clients. Pro bono coaching is a standard part of coach training worldwide — not charity, not a discount. A deliberate trade.
